Whether to include the words sit properly or the right posture to someone sitting in a chair, chances are you will have an immediate reaction from people. This would be an instant correction in sitting posture.
Unfortunately, most of the response time may not be the right thing. They range from a slightly stooped posture to a more upright posture. They can push their chest a little more or broaden shoulders. They want the right to a style more sitting "correct".
The problem here is that, while the back muscles start to get tired and before you know it, return to usual slouched sitting posture. It is nobody's fault, it's just the way it is. In other words, it's human nature. When the correct position has been said, the most common image that opens people's minds, is sitting perfectly upright, or sitting due attention. This type of position is not comfortable to hold for long periods of time, so it's impractical. Especially if you ot have the correct type of chair. Try to improve your posture is repeated for a long time without success.
People going about their work and sit at a computer all day, and students know this only too well. In both cases, it can be seen as a sign of laziness or even disobedience. This is not the case. The simple truth is that many chairs designed today, is simply not good enough to help with good posture when you sit in them. One of the hallmarks of a badly designed chair is a step backward slope of the chair, or the part you sit down. When you sit on this type of chair, the hips are back, which in turn puts the hip joints down. In short, this type of seating makes it almost impossible to correct sitting position.
For this reason, people who sit in this chair, a tendency to lean forward in their chairs. If the chair is not possible, leaned forward, trying to lean his body forward. This reflects the natural tendency of the body to find the right seating position. However, this is not a practical long-term solution, and over time poor sitting posture should be habit-forming. After all this is that it is time to find a chair that helps you make the right position.
The first step in this direction would be to find a chair that is the right size or height for you. When you sit in your chair, your feet should not hang, and if your knees are higher than the size, it is too short. This is why it is important to have a chair, where the height is adjustable. While seated, your thighs should be parallel to the ground when the feet are placed on the floor. The height should be adjusted to achieve this goal. Calves, hips and shoulders should be on one line, when you sit.
Then the President should allow the hips to touch the back of the chair. When you sit in the chair, should be allowed to keep the knees and feet together comfortably and effortlessly. The shoulders should be in a relaxed position. If all this can be achieved in the chair you are sitting in, then follow the correct sitting posture naturally without too much effort. This means that the return will be vertical, the abdomen will remain relatively flat and the head will stay in place. Office chairs can help you accomplish this task.
